NO FCRA USE. This privately operated resource has no affiliation with a local, state, or federal government body or court. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Its information and linked tools may not be used for credit decisions, employment screening, tenant screening, insurance eligibility, or any other purpose the FCRA regulates.
1. What This Website Is
Madison County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It does not operate a court, clerk office, docketing system, or official case index. It cannot retrieve a court file, file a document, issue a certified copy, or set a court date.
The resource identifies responsible Madison County record custodians and official public access paths. Circuit Clerk Anita E. Wray keeps Circuit Court, County Court, and Youth Court filings and dockets. Chancery Clerk Ronny Lott keeps Chancery and land-record materials. Those separate offices and their court rules determine what may be requested or viewed.
2. Informational Use Only
Content is supplied for general information. It is not an official docket, a court order, a statement by a clerk, or legal advice. A visitor should confirm information that matters with the court or clerk holding the original record. The availability of a docket entry does not establish a case status, a valid setting, or an entitlement to a document.
3. Rules for Using This Site
Each visitor agrees not to misuse the resource or information obtained through it.
- Use the resource in violation of federal, Mississippi, or local law
- Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person
- Use content for a purpose prohibited by the FCRA

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Madison County Court Docket does not create consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, or investigations. It is not a consumer reporting agency as the FCRA defines that term. A visitor may not use content from this resource or an associated tool to make a decision regulated by the FCRA.
- Make a credit decision
- Conduct employment screening
- Conduct tenant screening
- Determine insurance eligibility
- Carry out another FCRA-regulated purpose
5. No Legal Advice
Nothing here advises a visitor how to handle a charge, case, order, filing deadline, or court setting. A licensed Mississippi attorney can provide advice about a particular matter. Court staff may explain procedures, but they do not replace legal counsel.
6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed
The information is supplied as is and without a guarantee that it is complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or free from error. The resource also does not guarantee that an outside search service will return an accurate, complete, or current result.
Madison County dockets can change as cases are filed, settings are entered or changed, and matters are restricted, dismissed, amended, sealed, or expunged. An official record must be verified with its custodian before a visitor relies on a docket entry, case status, filing deadline, fee, or court date.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Links may lead to clerk sites, court portals, PAMEC, Mississippi Electronic Courts, legal resources, and search providers. The operator of the destination controls its content, terms, availability, pricing, data handling, and results. Madison County Court Docket is not responsible for those outside services.
8. Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, logo, code, and other original content on Madison County Court Docket belong to the resource or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, altered, or used to create a derivative work without prior written permission.
9. Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madison County Court Docket is not liable for damages arising from use of the resource, its content, or an outside service reached through a link.

12. Changes to These Terms
Madison County Court Docket may revise these terms at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page.
